I have Traveler working fine with many iPhones and Nokia S60 devices but I've run in to an issue with my first Windows Mobile phone. The phone is a HTC HD2 T8585 running the latest version 6.5 of Windows Mobile. Not strictly supported in this release I know but running through the install of the client worked ok, but on the initial sync it's failing. The server has
'user XXX on device ZZZ is in violation of their Lotus Traveler device security policy.'
The client has
'Error (8): connection errorwith server xx.xx.xx.xx port 8642. Initial sync is not complete.
Request for action getStatus is being aborted because a new request was received.'

The security policy is just the out of the box default and works fine for all the other phones. Anyone any ideas??
